Shipping Standards For Orders:
- We reserve the right to select the carrier that will handle your shipment for the best possible delivery.
- Fast and efficient international and domestic shipping using reliable carriers like DHL, Aramex, FedEx, Shiprocket, and DTDC.
- We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date, but we always strive to provide you with the shortest possible delivery time.
- We are not responsible for any delay caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
- Please double-check your shipping address to avoid any mistakes during the delivery process.
- We stock a wide range of diesel engine parts to ensure that most of the parts listed on our website are ready to ship the same day or next working day.
- Only items marked as "Ready to Ship" are guaranteed to be in stock. In case of unavailability, we will contact you immediately and discuss how to proceed with your order.
- We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Indian Public holidays.
Order Delivery Timeframe:
- Out Of India Delivery / International TAT: Expedited delivery services are used for deliveries outside India to save time, with smaller items usually delivered in 5-10 business days.
- India Delivery: Deliveries to non-remote areas in India can be expected to arrive within 1-4 business days.
- Remote Area Delivery: Remote or OOD pin codes delivery times will be at the discretion of the courier company which usually takes 5-10 days to deliver.
- Tracking Available: Tracking numbers and shipping company names are provided for every order so customers can keep track of their consignment.
- Notification of Issues: Any deviation or issue during transit can be notified to Spares Bazaar to resolve the issue at the earliest.
Our Custom Clearance Policies For International Shipments:
- Customer or receiver of the shipment is responsible for paying any import or custom duties levied by the importing country.
- Non-payment of duties can result in the shipment getting stuck, and the responsibility lies with the customer.
- Our shipping mode is generally FOB, but customers can request CIF or any other mode in advance.
- We will accommodate your requests for different shipping modes according to our policy.
